ScanToText (OCR) 1.4

IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS APPLICATION DOES NOT WORK WITH BUILT-IN CROP APP ON ANDROID VERSION 4.3! (MOSTLY FOUND ON NEXUS DEVICES).

This is an offline Optical Text Recognition (OCR) application that can be utilized to convert text from paper into editable digital text on your device. It currently supports English and Russian exclusively. The extracted or converted text can be further edited, selected, saved to a clipboard, or shared through any installed application on your device, such as Google Translate for translation purposes.

Please familiarize yourself with the instructions before utilizing the app, particularly if you encounter challenges in achieving quality results.

Note: This is the developer's initial application and is currently in a BETA state. Feedback on any identified bugs or issues is appreciated. Suggestions for enhancements are also encouraged (excluding design aspects, acknowledged as needing improvement).

Other Information/Comments:

• Text recognition is based on "tesseract" OCR.
• Due to size considerations, only English and Russian languages are currently supported. Additional languages may be included in subsequent updates.
